Todd has been with Fresno PD approx 11 yrs, and has worked patrol most of that time.  He has been on several special units, POP/TAC, District Crime Suppression Team, Honor Guard, Field Training Officer and a member of the Mobile Field Force.  He was promoted to Sgt. about 5 years ago and is now the Graffiti supervisor.  He is married and has four children.
